      Overall talent is reflective of compensation and benefits. Overall pay between 10% to 15% below market, limited to no equity, and bonus structure geared toward paying out the lowest possible amount

      No growth opportunities, raises are terrible, location of office is terrible, no flexibility, good employees get taken advantage of and are expected to pick up the slack for the bad ones.. the culture is toxic and they do not care about their employees
