      Pros

      No one risks losing their job here. The business is very stable and mature and makes working here rewarding. The team culture is very good.

      Cons

      Progress up the ladder can be slow but since most people want to stay it's a small price to pay.

      Excellent culture and people-oriented management

      Pros

      Had an excellent experience at Enova -- found people were great to work with and my management was looking out for me in my time there. The company is well-managed, stable, and has a general vibe of being collaborative while getting things done. Work / life balance also very good.

      Cons

      If you are looking for the highest salaries in the industry, you are probably better off looking elsewhere (though the fact there have been yearly bonuses in the > 5 years I was there helps make up for that).
