Pros

Nice perks, short summer fridays. I liked my team.

Cons

Bad communication, lots of tech debt due to constantly prioritizing new features. Work life balance is hard with loud on-calls. It often felt like management's priorities/attentions were finnicky and I often felt like tasks would get lost in the sauce and new ones would come out of nowhere.
