      Flex hours Perks Other than that avg place to work, It was once a good company. .but not any more. If you are a new grad starting your career, please dont go to Tech ops

      Free food, drinks, parties. Beer is unlimited, apple products. Cool tools

      Cons

      The head of our department is a useless guy who does not even understand a single line of code. Come on, you have made a guy the head of tech-Ops when he cant even speak/understand technical terms. Apart from that the team is lead by people who think they are covered with their tech skills, but the truth is that they have been given promotions on the basis of their seniority.

      Pros

      There are no pros. The corporate life of this company is great but if you start in the call center its very unlikely that you will progress unless you spend at least 3-5 years in the current role.

      Cons

      little pay and you're treated like a kid. You are micromanaged daily and you perform robotic duties on a daily basis. This is just a stepping stone not a career. The bonus structure is horrible. You are paid based on the performance of your colleagues.
