      massages at work. manicures at work. location of gurnee office. relaxed dress code. jeans t-shirts shorts t-shirts. double monitors and having live chat as an option

      they make sure to tell you what they think you can make money wise at the beginning then after you are there for awhile they will do everything they can to micro manage and get you out the door because they don't want to pay you bonus that you earned. management is one way to your face and back stab you right behind your back.

      In my opinion, there are none!

      Cons

      Micromanaged, no purse at your desk or cell phone. Cell phones & purses are kept in high school lockers but only for call center reps. Corporate employees can keep their phones & purses on desk. They give you business cards with a toll free phone for your family members to reach you in case of an emergency!! Soooooo happy I'm gone! I hated that place

      Vacation time, attendance policy sometimes they listen (but they make you pay for chances).

      Cons

      Petty, tenure not valued, this new building they have us in, has so many rules they have you set up to get fired. And they have section managers towering over you like c'o's of a prison
