Easy work,Nice pay, O.K ppl, horrible attendence policy!!!!!
Pros
The job is easy and the metrics are easy to hit each month. The pay is pretty good with entry level starting no lower then about $13.50 hr. Majority of the people are cool. They have special dinners for holidays. And spotlight points allow you to buy stuff which is cool. We just moved into a nice new office and it's amazing. Big and clean and fancy lol. Coffee machines and a Internet cafe.
Cons
The attendence policy is the worst I've encountered ever!!!! You are given less then 2 weeks worth of hours your first year to last you thr entire year !!! If you are sick in the hospital and have hospital papers you will still get an occurence. 8 occurences and you're fired!!!! If you become I'll at work and pass out and have to be hauled in an ambulance. You WILL GET AN OCCURENCE. they have no soul or heart. Yet upper management can stay home if they want. If it's a blizzard we still have to come. Mind you occurences don't all roll off at the beginning of the year. They roll off an entire year from the date that occurence was made. Also don't think being in a car accident is a valid reason. To be absent or tardy. Still get an occurence. Police statement or not! Also the management is lazy. They don't have to do anything really cuz they don't take calls but they avoid handling an escalation at any cost. Also they are not very flexible with your schedule. You can't change your availability or request to change your shifts. You have to wait til shifts are put up and pray you get it amongst the many others bidding for it. This occurs every 6 to 8 months!!!
