      Pros

      Enova is still young enough for there to be lots of room for growth if you're talented and work hard. There's lots of free food, and nice incentives to stay once you've been there for a few years. Overall, the company culture is good and you'll like working at Enova if you like and respect your manager.

      Cons

      You may or may not find yourself well compensated here. If you start off with a low salary, it can be hard to increase it fast enough to match your competence.

      Compensation is competitive for most. At least in this department.

      Cons

      This company is becoming more and more corporate as the years go on. They reel you in with promises of opportunity and quote 'core values', At the end of the day, they are just a bunch of money hungry, inconsiderate, DRONES. This company is all that is work with the modern workplace. They are petty, immature and don't care about their employees. Point blank, period.
