Pros

hybrid schedule, good place to start career, but not to stay.

Cons

-Horrible management. Your happiness will depend on your brand. The best managers reside with the platform team. NetCredit and CNU are boys clubs that tend to fire minorities without reason. After getting fined so much its is about fixing past issues with bandaids not fixing root issues. The culture of the company has changed a lot while getting significantly more stressful. -Pay is not competitive and raises/bonuses are becoming less with the amount of fines happening. -Operations and Corporate have big gaps in business goals along with mistreatment of operations employees

Diversity and inclusion are core priorities for Enova, and we recognize that there is always more work to be done. We are continuously investing in programs to foster an inclusive workplace, from expanding recruiting initiatives to supporting employee-led groups and culture-focused events . We welcome feedback on how we can further strengthen these efforts!
