... Ummm I have absolutely nothing!

Cons

It is literally a high school environment. No professionalism whatsoever.

Pros

There are no pros. If you like being mistreated and taken advantage of, and feeling like a number and not a human, work here. They love to micromanage their people.

Cons

They tried to deny bereavement leave, not once, but twice. They are constantly changing what is required, they have started forcing employees to work on holidays. They are "paying you" for it, but sometimes people just want a day off. If you are more then 4 minutes late the day before or day after a holiday, they use it as an excuse to take your holiday pay. My daughter was in the hospital the day after a holiday for an emergency, I had proof, and they still took our holiday pay. The day I found out my dad died, my manager tried to write me up because I left early and didn't have enough "my time" to make up for the last minute departure. They give you 120 hours of paid vacation at the beginning of the year (more or less depending on how long you have worked there), but then take 40 of them away and you have to "earn" them through the year for "my time". This is time that allows you to call out and not accrue attendance points. Too many points and you will get fired. You get 1 hour of "my time" for every 40 hours you work. I mean because goodness, we all know that no one gets sick the first 40 weeks of the year. Or even the first 8 weeks of the year (which if you work a full 40 hours and there are no holidays, you will finally have 8 hours of "my time"). I was asked to train new employees due to being home for Covid, and told "I would be rewarded" for that. Never was. 3 chats at a time, and don't take your break or lunch at the wrong time because you are helping customers, because your adherence will be affected and if you get a low adherence, you don't get your commission. Having to abide by their constantly changing requirements. Half the time, not even management knew the updated change. (they changed requirements during Covid possibly once a month, and if you forgot the new change, you were docked by QA. They just changed their bonus structure so now you only get your commission every 3 months instead of every month. Overall, this business is horrible, but could you expect anything else? When their entire business strategy is to take advantage of people at their lowest, why would we expect that they would treat their employees any other way. I felt used, abused, mistreated, and not appreciated for all of my hard work. Leaving Enova was the best thing I did for my mental health.
