Pros

Leadership seems to be reset from the merger and now has a strong direction.

Cons

Acquisition created a major deficit to the brand. The merger of two very different companies (as well as cultures) with a new executive team unfamiliar with the vertical has had a huge impact on where they are today.

Great Place to work. I really enjoyed my experience with ENOVATE and hope to return in the near future. People are great and I can not say enough about management. They do look out for you and help you when in a tough time. either work related or personal. Love this company.

Cons

Sometimes there can be communication break downs. But that's anywhere you work. But I can truly say it's not to a point where it can't be addressed.
