Leadership work hard to connect and coordinate with employees. Merit based Bonus, as well as differentials available. Grants entry level work with EHR systems, which can help lead to greater roles in revenue cycle.

Cons

Lower pay compared to other companies. Limited pay increase. Constant pressure to keep overtime low. Large emphasis on payment of service.
