DAILY pressure and extreme stress. You will be in constant fight, flight or fear mode. There's a heavy emphasis on productivity, and KPI's without resources, tools or clear direction to accomplish either. They want to be a innovative and forward thinking/moving organization but they're missing the mark. Whatever the client wants, the client gets regardless of the impact it will have on the team and department. We work at the behest of the client, not the other way around. Ensemble started out with good intentions I believe, but somewhere along the way and the pursuit of 'revenue' they've lost their way, with no signs of ever getting 'it' (whatever 'it' is) back. Don't do it! It's not worth your sanity.

There is a noticeable gap between the company's stated values and the day-to-day employee experience at the local level. Communication channels for addressing workplace concerns are not always clear, and employees may find it difficult to obtain timely resolutions to operational challenges. Performance expectations can sometimes feel unrealistic relative to available resources and support. Greater focus on employee feedback, process improvements, and workplace well-being would help create a more positive and productive environment. Office facilities, hygiene standards, administrative processes, and overall workplace organization could be improved. Employees would also benefit from stronger leadership engagement, clearer communication, and a more professional work environment.
