      Inclusive and wonderful supervisors, but relatively low pay.

      Pros

      -Diverse staff. I feel very comfortable as a disabled queer person. -Good hours, and overtime available as desired, with paid cross-training. -Supervisors care about their team, and staff when needed rather than leave departments short-staffed. -Affordable and high-quality insurance and benefits package (BCBS at my location)

      Cons

      -Fairly low pay, even for management and longtime employees. -HR higher-ups are often not responsive to lower management/staff needs, even with direct requests from supervisors -Expected collections amounts can be difficult to achieve, and can sometimes result in write-ups.
