I loved working at Ensemble. From Executive leadership through Senior Leadership, great communications and partnership

Cons

Middle management leaders, supervisors through directors, not all a great fit. More support and training needed to lift up their levels on how to be leaders, not just someone who knows the job, but improvement on emotional intelligence is further needed
