Amazing culture. Leaders all the way up to the CEO practice servant leadership every day. Many opportunities to grow and develop. Everyone has an open door policy, truly you can reach out to anyone. Lots of schedule flexibility options once you hit your numbers!

Annual raises can be very small.

Overall company is awesome and promotes a healthy environment.

Cons

Not all leaders follow the company motto. Some of the leaders are more concerned with getting praise from the company founder and president than about their direct reports. Benefits aren't that great when you do not live in OH.
