I have been here 3 years and each day I learn something new. I learn skills that make me better in my job but I have also learned confidence and the ability to speak up and be heard. I did not have that type of confidence prior to joining Ensemble. The company has invested in me and I feel a sense of pride.

Cons

The standards are high but doable. The culture around customer service and client satisfaction is very high and can be demanding but rewarding.
