Your comments are concerning and frankly inaccurate. We were the only revenue cycle management company in the country that did not lay off or furlough associates as a result of COVID-19. This was a very specific directive from our CEO, that people come first in the good times, and more importantly, in the bad times. Our mission as an industry-leading revenue cycle management partner to hospitals it to be by their side. There is no doubt COVID was, and has, been very stressful for the entire world. Our clients include nurses, doctors, and other clinicians, and we have a commitment to work by their sides as they continue to provide exceptional care to their patients and communities during an unprecedented time. We were, and still are, very concerned about every one of our team members. Our executive team personally gave over $250,000 of their own money to our associates to help support our associates with childcare, a spouses loss of job, or increased living expenses as a result of COVID-19. We believe in open, honest communication and collaboration and consistently encourage our associates to reach out to their leaders when they are feeling overwhelmed or if they have new ideas to bring to the table. When it comes to PTO, Ensemble offers PTO to all associates and provides the option to cash-in unused, accrued PTO to receive a payment for the hours sold at 80 percent value twice a year.
