The trouble with a review like this is that it doesn’t help job seekers at all - there is nothing informative nor constructive offered here. It just cuts down a score that would otherwise accurately reflect everything we do to make Ensemble an amazing place to work. Just the number of 5-star reviews on Glassdoor alone is enough to clearly demonstrate that this review is pure vitriol and it’s unfortunate that it will have an impact on our rating. Besides the other reviews both here and on Indeed, there are dozens of data points that lend credence to Ensemble being consistently selected as a Top Place to Work (Becker’s, Cincinatti Business Journal). We outperform industry benchmarks on everything from internal promotion rate to overall retention. We offer very strong comp packages and exceptional career development support. We have very high employee satisfaction and in our most recent internal survey we scored nearly 90% for the question “I feel proud to work for Ensemble.” If you have a personal grievance, don’t senselessly damage a reputation with an anonymous posting. I appreciate your remarks about our flexible schedules, generous benefits and competitive pay. We are committed to offering very strong compensation packages in order to attract the best of the best in revenue cycle management. I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to advance your career while you were with us. We critically need our associates to advance quickly towards leadership roles in order to support our our growth and we have a significantly higher promotion rate than industry average. We've built out streamlined career pathways, extensive training and an organizational development department to assist our associates with advancement. I personally make every effort to be available to associates who find challenges along the way, because I want to ensure we never lose the investment we put into developing them into Ensemble-class revenue cycle managers. It looks like you have moved on to a different organization, so I am sorry I didn’t hear from you while you were here. That’s a very unsettling thought and it’s the furthest thing from the environment we foster at Ensemble.
