      Pros

      The pay is great, the perks of working here is AMAZING, the communitcation that is between the upper management and employees is nothing I've ever seen before. Management is literally amazing! I've never been a part of an employer who cares as much as Ensemble does!

      They had many events at work where they gave away many prizes (TVs, vacations, etc.)

      Cons

      Very limited room for growth. Unless you have higher education, it is almost impossible to move up.

      Very innovative company. Always open to ideas and out of the box thinking of positive impact possible. Leadership is supportive and alway willing to listen and help when and where needed.
