Pros

If you come to work every day and do what you are asked to do, you will advance quickly. Everyone always has a smile on their faces. We all truly have the work hard, play hard mentality.

Cons

Having team members located in different locations can sometimes be difficult, like with any company; but luckily we will all be in the same building later this year.

Since I have become an employee here I have had some fear of the changes, then the Leaders who are all awesome encouraged me. I came up with this saying as the result. “I AM RESPONSIBLE, WHEN ANYONE ANY WHERE REACHES OUT FOR HELP, I WANT MY HAND TO BE THERE AND FOR THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE”. This is what so far, I am experiencing with our leader. Not just to help our patients, providers and each other but to take this outside to all.

Need training, but that is being worked out.
