      Good at first then not so good.

      Pros

      Remote work. Initially I loved ensemble. Now I just wish they had paid more attention to the bottom feeders.

      Cons

      Upper management running people off. Putting everyone on pips. So ridiculous. Underpaid. No raises. Poor bonuses. $10 Christmas bonus. Poor managers that blame you for what they should have taught you to begin with. Managers throwing you under the bus to cover their own rear ends. Do I sound an angry? Maybe a little. Such a let down to have so much confidence in a company only to have new leadership rips teams apart and have a god complex.

      The ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. EXCESSIVE micromanaging. Incredibly high turnover due to those two factors which puts more work on the current staff. Staff is treated like numbers.
