Pros

Has work from home availability; new corporate office has great amenities.

Cons

Expects you to train yourself by taking computer modules yet expects you to maintain quantity objectives. There is no actual ongoing training; you have to ask your co-workers for guidance. The pay is very low; they expect you to make the “bonus” that the company often fails to achieve. A lot of people I knew worked a second job to make a living wage or relied on assistance. Pay people a living wage already!!!! That is why I moved on.

At Ensemble Health Partners, we have an open door policy that values, recognizes, and encourages the importance of associate communication and feedback with their direct leader, their direct leaders’ leader, and so on, including Human Resources, and even the CEO of Ensemble. We want to hear from associates when they have comments, ideas, suggestions, and concerns regarding their work or any other aspect of our company. We also provide other avenues of communication to understand the needs and perspectives of associates including team meetings, quarterly individual meetings, and surveys, such as our annual Speak Up Survey. This communication with feedback from associates helps us continuously improve both the employment experience for our associates and the operations of our company. We encourage associates to partner with their leader and/or their HR Business Partner to understand what advancement opportunities could be available and what actions could be taken to qualify for them.

Pros

Good pay and decent benefits.

Cons

The job is focused more on collecting money than registering patients which is probably why the turnover in the department is high. It is basically a call center with unrealistic expectations. Also, the company does not offer a 401k match.
