Extremely flexible. No micromanaging in my department. A lot of opportunity for growth and continuing education. The Christmas party.

Cons

The health insurance is absolutely horrible if you have any sort of condition that requires a specialist. It was just changed this year and it doesn’t cover any doctors around me. The pay is pretty crappy for what is expected of you. The yearly review process is HORRIBLE

Several WFH positions is the only geed thing I can share.

Cons

In totally revamping the way they attack revenue cycle work they have created total chaos for their employees, the clients (hospitals) they work for and most importantly, they have DESTROYED the customer service for the patients. The way this company is run is so sickening it is almost hysterically funny. So absurd. So sad to watch a hospitals patient access processes be dismantled and replaced with cold harsh, ridiculous standard operating model instead.
