      flexible start times and most lower level managers are great

      Cons

      company is going in the wrong direction. offering too much work to off shore teams that are unable to complete proper job functions. there for taking jobs away from americans that want to work

      Working from home thats it

      terrible pay, no growth, no raises, production rates are impossible if you are working on anything OON. I hated this job so much.

      Equipment provided, cute gifts during holidays, a few good colleagues. Few good managers who have a great spirit and passion for the company.
