      Good learning experience for someone recently graduated from high school or in transition to another job

      Cons

      PTO sucks, and it's hard to get time off and forget about any holiday requests around the holidays. There's really no opportunities for growth unless you've been in their clique for several years, and you'll be constantly overlooked. Tons of positions open up daily-yet, no one hiring for those said positions. When they offer you incentive pay, don't forget, that's the before taxes offer. Low pay rate and crappy hours. no time for family balance life what-so-ever.
