There will always be work because people keep leaving for better opportunities. Hours are stable if you are able to hold your own boundaries. I would recommend to someone just starting out or someone just needing extra cash.

Cons

Professional expectations for menial pay makes it hard to keep employees from becoming discouraged.

Great flexibility, my leadership was great and easy to work for but that isn't the case in every department.

Cons

They need to pay more. They consistently lose great workers because they aren't willing to be more competitive with pay.

flexible start times and most lower level managers are great

company is going in the wrong direction. offering too much work to off shore teams that are unable to complete proper job functions. there for taking jobs away from americans that want to work
