      Pros

      The culture at EHP is amazing! I have never felt more heard and appreciated at any other employer. My team has never been subject to micro-management on any of the 3 teams I have been on. Hard work is appreciated and rewarded. Work-Life balance is very important for this company. The PTO policy is amazing, and there is a comprehensive list of additional benefits to select from.

      Cons

      Employee share for group health insurance is a little high when you are covering a family.
