      Pros

      There are WFH opportunities, your schedule is set, M-F from 700a-600p, teams allows consistent communications with leaders, and leadership is paid well.

      Cons

      Although you have plenty of PTO they rarely approve your time off, micromanagement at it's finest, leadership is always on teams but don't have speedy responses, the phone never stops 60-100 daily, transferring departments is nearly impossible unless you're related to or friends with a lead.
