Pros

There's a lot of opportunities to advance in your career if that is what you're looking for. Management encourages you to work towards what you want in your career and supports you. Benefits were great and my job role allowed for remote work. Flexible and understanding management was also appreciated.

Cons

One con would be the pay, I felt like I was underpaid. Once you leave, even on good terms with a great record, you cannot get back in regardless of your experience and record because they are always promoting within before they hire someone from the outside, even if you're absolutely qualified.
