Going to outsourcing don’t waste your time

Started out great but don’t bother they are going automated and outsourcing to India because they only pay them $1.73 per hour

Cons

Lack of communication. Lack of help when needed No ownership. You can post stuff and people come behind you adjusting stuff they should not be adjusting.

Low pay, micromanagement, they don’t care about you as a person, you’re just another number here, you receive attendance points for doing things, such as going to a doctors appointment. How am I being punished, for keeping up with my health? Management and communication is so poor here, it’s laughable.
