Great benefits, but workload increases without pay raise

During the era of bonuses, the company was exceptional, and they provided comprehensive health insurance benefits.

Cons

The company underwent a significant change. The compensation remained unchanged, and employees were required to service three clients per hour at each hospital, remotely. Despite this, there was no pay increase. Consequently, the workload was increased, and employees were expected to perform exceptionally well while their compensation remained stagnant.
