      Getting Worse Every Year

      Pros

      Work life balance is good with flexible start times. Able to make up some time so you dont have to always use PTO. Allows remote for most positions.

      Cons

      Severe favoritism especially in regards to promoting. Raises are below the national average and cap out. Remote workers get no stipend towards internet or other utilities. As the company grows, it seems perks decrease. Claim to have transparency but do not like to have open discussion regarding issues or faults.
