I got offer from from other MNC companies as well but I have chosen ensono.hope it's a best choice .Work culture and shift allowances are good compared to other companies.As of now work from home is good.

Cons

But little work pressure is there.Again it depends upon project

Ensono continuously look forward to investing time for developing the skills for its employees. It focusses on both up skilling and cross skilling. It has a defined period in a year which is dedicated to the learning. I have learnt a lot & groomed myself since the day I joined this company 10 months ago and still aligned with various learning platforms.
