Intern program was not very exciting, but it is also not as large of a company. The pay was less than other organizations.

Hardworking and excellent technicians; outsourcing environment exposes a technician to a lot of different solutions which can be both challenging and overwhelming!

Cons

Change in management with new management not having a lot of IT outsourcing services experience. Provide little to no support of employees. Ram new clients in without proper acclimation - training & process documentation.
