      As company is growing they provide salary and hike properly. Also CEO of company is very humble person.

      Cons

      Indian management doesnt know how to control their personal grudge on their staff. If manager dont like you no matter how good your performance do not expect anything from the company. Neither from HR or Asia vp level person. They dont even have time to speak their employees and understand their concern. Upper management just follow blindly whatever managers will give the feedback about the employee.
