lots of PTO if you are ever free to use it. Lots of collaboration. Sometimes higher ups will actually listen to your ideas and suggestions and act on them.

Cons

Constantly working, they are always cutting costs and looking to send more work to the offshore teams who then provide shoddy support or cause issues and then the US resources are always called in to clean up the outages

Leaders are transparent, every week the leadership host town halls or business updates to keep the organization informed. There are many opportunities to cross collaborate with people across a variety of tech stacks. Learning is cornerstone to the environment here, and it's a must for staying relevant to the growing environment. The company focuses on developing their employees and takes time to grow your career.

Cons

As with any growing company there is process bloat that needs to be overcome, this however offers a chance for us to improve the company. Legacy tech stack can be challenging when coming from a modern stack, so learning can take time.
