Pros

Can be rewarding, but not monetarily

Cons

It’s impressive that a company like Enstructure, could purchase the Port of Wilmington from Gulftainer, and manage to make it WORSE. There’s sadness in leaving this company, because the people who you get to work with on a day to day basis are genuinely great and hard workers. The union is not given enough credit. Corporate and upper management see’s them and belittles them. Enstructure is a toxic company and workplace. You will have no free time, or personal life. You will work your way from the bottom to the top, with barely any pay change. Just “title” upgrades. FYI Enstructure : NOT EVERYONE NEEDS THE WORD DIRECTOR IN THEIR TITLE. The safety culture and entire safety team is an embarrassment and a shell of its former self. It’s only a matter of time before this company has a huge OSHA recordable on their hands.
