I worked for them for 2 years and was contracted out by them. We were significantly underpaid and given the promise that we would be converted to the companies that we were contracted to within 2 years. In the meantime, we were not given raises and our PTO was pitifully low.

Generous PTO and not much else

Cons

Owner only interested in making profits and does not invest back into employees, meaning no pay raise. Very limited paid sick leave, bad company culture, high turnover rate, etc. etc.

Staff is smart and friendly.

Cons

No transparency within company. CEO lacks ability to identify strengths of individuals and sets up teams to fail... and then blames them.
