      Attention to detail Safety Easy job Very fun to work

      Office politics Depressing people that bring you down Managers that will be on your side, until they stab you in the back 12 hour shifts mandatory, work weekends, will take away your holidays if they feel like it. Coworkers are snakes Entegris is a great place to work if you aren't different than the norm, otherwise they'll shun you until you quit.

      - There's a strong culture of respect and hard work - Innovative thinking is encouraged and rewarded - Good pay - The corporate structure is set up to allow high achievers to grow professionally and to stay at the company - Remote work and partial work from home schedules are common

      Cons

      - You see much more diversity in the ranks than you do at the leadership level and for a few levels below that - Workaholism is common (though not expected for most roles) - Offices are mostly located 10-15 minutes from restaurants and there are very limited vending options on site
