Pros

Improving benefits year to year, quite competitive 401k match. Good in a sense of company size (big but not huge) which can allow for some ability to mobilize career if one desires. In a unique niche supplying a much needed product with a few similar competitors in the same tier. Good pack of engineers working hard to make things better.

Cons

Lots of time your feet spent on this position. Communications from shift-to-shift and overall general direction can vary from dept to dept and may affect your experience. Senior mgmt communications improving.
