Great middle management but not much growth

Pros
Middle management is great and does a good job of making sure you know your daily task expectations while trying to give you opportunities to grow. Tries very hard to give good work life balance within reason. Teammates are hard working and great to work with. Benefits are pretty standard but good.
Cons
Not much opportunity for growth unless you want to take on more responsibilities without a pay increase. Company focuses too hard on SMART goals without there being much reward or payoff for completed goals. Upper management gets boatloads of stocks that make them very rich if they sell while us working folks get nothing. Raises are annual cost of living increases and not merit based.
