management could be alot better your left feeling un-valued one shift gets treated better than the other even though the unfairly treated shift does more work with less people (third) lied about wages when interviewing to multiple people just to get them to work third shift, company claims they had no knowledge will tell you your going to a new position and then go behind your back and hand it to someone else no real training program or structure, kind of just wing it type of deal alot of favoritism and its pretty clear when all your employees feel that way and secretly are miserable
