-Generous welfare and takes good care of employee mental well-being. -Invites guest speakers to share story, tips and experiences. -Quarterly eat with family day -Work life balance, lots of trust in employees -Decent bonus

Cons

-Newcomers might have difficulty adapting in the first 6 months due to the many processes and global work nature. Need to understand the cultural differences. -Basic is low, but have many incentives -Can be challenging to meet / catch up with overseas bosses.

Pros

The people... That's about it.

Cons

Management sucks. The new 12hr shifts that you end up producing less than in 8hrs suck. There's no pay structure and if there is, they never stick to it. They get you to do more and more so you can prove yourself to them in order to earn a raise that you should've already been paid for and then find out that management promoted someone else for the same position you talked to them about. They lie thru their teeth and to your face. Worse job experience in my 20+yrs of working in manufacturing

- Decent pay where I was located - Ability to work from home - Opportunities for growth

Cons

- Many older employees who are grandfathered in because of their tribal knowledge are sexist, misogynistic and racist - Poor cross-department communication (leads to changes being made that no one knows about until it's too late)
