- Great Compensation and PTO policy - Great 401K and employee stock purchase plan - Amazing manager and team in Global supply chain - Endless opportunities if you have the drive

Cons

- Functions can be somewhat siloed - Project planning needs some polishing (i.e. stage gate reviews, FMEA, dedicated project leads) - Too many similar internal metrics or metrics that provide no tangible actions - Workload can be somewhat overwhelming at times
