Flexible work hours - just get the work done. PTO respected Friendly coworkers, help is available everywhere for newcomers

Cons

SLO plant was recently acquired by Entegris. While it's a shift for the better on most accounts, purifier deliver expectations don't match up with the clunky last-gen MRP systems we have in place currently. Lots of holes in the process that inhibit the efficiency of order/development/delivery operations.
