Decent company to start and get experience. Company is growing and continues to innovate products and solutions. Decent benefits.

Cons

PTO is accrued in most departments. Management can be a hit and miss sometimes depending on department.

Pros

Awesome desk setup with great laptop and Sit / Stand desks. Managers seem to care about their employees. Remote work capability is nice for positions that allow.

Cons

Training could be better. Salaries could be higher. Very limited stock compensation at engineers
