      Most of the work is easy. There's many things to learn

      Cons

      They don't really care about their employees. They do the bare minimum to try and help you out with any concerns with a job you may have for you to figure it out yourself

      steady work, great group of people to work with on a regular basis.

      Cons

      the chain of command is insane, there is micro-managing to the extreme.

      Smart people on factory floor Good PTO Good bonus

      Cons

      Local factory director completely out of touch. Hazardous weather commute for employees and never sends an email. Ignores issue to dicuss faster samples. Divisional VP think all injuries and illnesses can be prevented.
