Overall I enjoyed my time at Entegris. My co-workers were very friendly with more of a focus on being helpful and supportive than being competitive. I was lucky to have a nice manager who made my goals clear and allowed me some level of autonomy. Pros: - Friendly Co-workers - Good work-life balance - Good Benefits (Stock option, benefit, vacation)

Cons

Cons: - Not a very exciting place to work - Weak onboarding process - Pay structure for operators could be improved to prevent turn over
