      Pros

      Started as a contractor in 2016, hired full-time 2017. Advancement and skill growth opportunities available. Enjoy the team engagement and collaboration.

      Cons

      Frequent acquisitions is good; however, we need more structure, calibration and communication please to teams engaging in on-boarding activities for systems and system implementations. Can be difficult at times keeping up when adding new sites while sustaining/maintaining existing site projects and work activities without additional bench strength and bandwidth.

      Pros

      Pay is fair, bonuses as well. Tuition reimbursement is a definite plus. I like that they keep relatively up to date with productivity software and technology to sustain efficiency.

      Cons

      Too much of the good-old-boy network still alive at this facility. This plant was acquired only two years ago, and while significant improvements have occurred, too many of the old guard remain and hinder forward momentum.

      Good leadership & lots of engaged people working hard

      Pros

      Good leadership, continually improving, consistently growing. Solid internal response to COVID. The company puts effort into understanding customers and meeting industry challenges. Don't expect perfection, but there is honest effort to make good decisions and improve. Generally a sharp team, lots of engaged technical people working hard. People who perform well tend to be rewarded with growth opportunities. Great statistical training for technical roles by former statistics professor. Global presence means opportunities to work with international teams in some job roles.

      Cons

      Demanding industry with consistent challenges (maybe a pro for those who like challenge). If you are a technical person looking for an easy 9 to 5, this may not be the best company for you. Some roles require evening conference calls (may be a plus or minus depending on preferences and career goals).
