Pros

Has many job opportunities for sales and sales development. But competence mostly kept in US and Japan.

Cons

Like many larg US multinational, main HR strategy outcome is to keep people hired until they have outlasted their usefulness. Majority employees is fired, laid-off. Better to plan ahead for opportunities before the end day comes.

Before today, there were a lot of pros.

Cons

I got fired today for not wearing the “correct” mask. We’ve been wearing the blue surgical masks for the last 9 months. But today I was told it wasn’t good enough and was FIRED for not wearing an N95. I mean are you kidding me?!? Going to speak to a lawyer.
